My first Tag, Yipee!
I've been tagged by Michelle of http://faeriedustdreams-michelle.blospot.com/ . (She is also hosting a Craft Space Challenge. Please visit her blog for details.)
The rules for the Tag are as follows:
1. Link to the person that tagged you.
2. Post the rules on your blog.
3. Share six weird things/habits/quirks about yourself.
4. Tag six others and let them know they've been tagged.
So, here are my six weird/things/habits or quirks:
1. I love to watch scarry movies knowing that I will not be able to sleep at night.
2. I love to buy craft/decorating/cookbooks, really all kinds of books and magazines, I think I have enough to open a bookstore.
3. I love to eat tuna salad sandwiches with ice cold chocolate mik.
4. I love the smell of new tires. When I was expecting my youngest son I use to make my DH take me to Sears Tire Center just to go smell the new tires. My doctor said I was a first on smelling new tire cravings he had heard of. (PS, I still love the smell of new tires, weird, huh.)
5. I always put on one sock and shoe and then put on the other sock and shoe. That way, I at least have one foot ready in case I should ever need to run out in a hurry, I'm half prepared. Does that make any sense?
6. I like to eat buttered popcorn with chocolate kisses. If you haven't tried it you should, great combination.
So, I now would like to tag:
1. Kat @ http://katsbellaarte.blogspot.com
2. Vickie @ http://sandflatfarm.blogspot.com
3. Jackie @ http://littlecasa.blogspot.com
4. Rosa @ http://stripesandrosecottage.blogspot.com
5. Laurie @ http://momof2roses.blogspot.com
6. Linda @ http://lindajos.blogspot.com

Hi Irma,
I had to laugh at a couple of your quirks/habits, they're funny!
I accept being tagged, so I'll post my little quirks as soon as I can!
Take care,
Rosa

Irma! Thanks for tagging me! I will respond to it on my blog very soon. This week I'm doing a childhood nostalgia theme. ha! Saw your comment - I loved Capt. Kangaroo, too - and Mr. Greenjeans and Bunny Rabbit. Ahhhh...the fifties!
Irma - thanks for the tag! How sweet of you to think of me! I'm going to save it and think on it and see how I should do this. In the meantime, I've added you to my blog. I'll be visiting often so I can keep up with your garden - I think yours looks great!!! Have a wonderful week! Vickie
Hi Irma,
Thanks so much for visiting my blog. I've added you to my blog roll and hope you will add mine to yours.
I just love meeting new people on my blog!
I enjoyed reading your little "quirks". New tire smell was a new one for me. Never heard of that, but it was weird enough that I drank pickle juice as a beverage when I was pregnant the first time. Had lots of leftover pickles, didn't want them. Just the juice! My daughter hates pickles. :)
I wish I had a yard as big as your so I could grow a garden with 200 onion plants. Wow!
Have a great week!
Christine
Hi Irma, I came to visit you after you left a comment on my blog. Thanks for stopping by. I hope you get your Muddy Mildred made and I can't wait to see her! So enjoyed reading your posts. I read your profile about living in a small Texas town of 400; I grew up in a small west Texas town of 300. I now live 30 miles away from any town in West Texas. Isn't small town life wonderful? Blessings, Kathleen
OH my GOSH! You are the only other person I know who loves the smell of new tires! Actually, for me, it's not just tires, it's rubber. I love being in tire stores!
Thanks for stopping by my blog, I'm so happy to get to know another tire person! LOL!
