I received my apron from my swap partner Deb at crochetoholic. OMG! the work she put into this apron is just Fabulous! I Lovvvve my apron, and all the goodies she enclosed. It was all wrapped in pretty pink scallopped tissue paper with a beautiful pink ribbon bow. Thanks again Deb, not only did I get the apron and goodies, but have acquired a new blogging friend.

Hi, Irma - thanks for coming by my blog to wish me well. I'm feeling better day by day now and trying to get caught up at work.
I love your aprons - I just bought a couple of vintage aprons at a garage sale several weeks ago (before I got sick) that I love. I hung one of them on the fridge handle and another on a hook in my kitchen.
Also, I love Migas. I live in Texas and I try my hand at Mexican food - our family's favorite. Yesterday I made my son's favorite - chicken breasts w/ onions and strips of roasted poblano peppers in a sour cream sauce with cheese on top. It is so good.
I love that you posted your recipe for migas as I've never made them before. I'll have to try them now. I'll be watching for more of these great dishes! Thanks for sharing, and I really appreciate your kind words. Take care friend - Vickie
